COACHING TENNIS MASTERY

It is important that coaches regardless of benefit do not sell themselves short, force students to do what’s not in their heart and soul, or waste your valuable time babysitting entitled parents and students. As no matter how much gold and diamonds on a silver platter in terms of awareness and opportunity you give someone, does not mean one will apply it. Coaching Tennis Mastery is about me as a coach creating tennis mastery with my students. It also helped me and subsequently can help others distinguishun-coachable students and parents fromthose willing, ready and able to take advantage of high-level awareness and opportunities for creating tennis mastery.

PERSONAL TENNIS MASTERY

Personal Tennis Mastery is a journal about my struggles and triumphs. The aim of the book is to help others improve and maximize their tennisregardless of age and circumstances. Motivation comes from both the outside and within. Without the motivation from others on the outside coaching tennis mastery and from yourself personally within, creating tennis mastery is impossible. As human beings we are merely energy. The more positive our external and internal energies are, the happier we will be and better tennis we will play.

TENNIS MASTERY SKILLS & CURRICULUM

Tennis Mastery Skills explores the technical, physical, mental, emotional and strategic skills of tennis in detail. An overall curriculum and individual curriculums for attaining each of these skill sets comprise this book. The video curriculum series which is part of this book is a guide to help players of all ages and levels improve their tennis skills. Hence, the videos help one create tennis mastery by putting new awareness of all skills into actions. The overall video curriculum is sub-divided into the following curriculums: Groundstrokes and Movement, Serves and Returns, Net Game and Skill Shots, Fitness, Mental Toughness, and Strategy and Competition. All the curriculums are organized in chapters, and can be worked on in a “General Ordering Flow.” A protocol is laid out with clear directions on how and when to incorporate specific steps to minimize confusion and maximize progress. Beginners should follow the step by step instructions. Even though intermediate and advanced players do not have to follow exact protocols, they can still take advantage of important details within each curriculum as only the best players in the world have mastered all the curriculums.
